Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members that fulfills our Service Promise

  • Must possess effective knowledge of the Credit Union's products and services

  • Answer phone calls and communicate courteously with technical accuracy and adhere to policies

  • Communicate with members via phone, chat, email.

  • Research and resolve member disputes in a timely and pleasant manner,

    Recommending alternate services to resolve member complaints when required

  • Answer questions about Vibe Credit Union's products and services

  • Promote and cross sell products and services as appropriate

  • Support marketing promotions

  • Assist members as required with monetary transactions, loan information, wire transfer requests, adjustments to accounts and product information

  • Understands regulations and internal policies related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and completes annual training.

Education:     High School graduate or equivalent education.

Experience Required:  One to three years of contact center experience.

Skills/Abilities:  Strong service skills and the ability to multi-task.  Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate both verbally and written.  Maintain professional appearance, dress and attitude.  The CCR must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with members and employees of Vibe Credit Union.  Good math skills. Ability to operate windows-based PC and assist members with troubleshooting internet banking
