Vibe Credit Union in Southfield, MI is seeking to hire a full-time Teller to serve our members by accurately completing account transactions while enhancing their financial lives by offering appropriate products and services. As a Teller at Vibe Credit Union, you provide unsurpassed customer service while cheerfully greeting members and taking the time to really listen to their needs. You enjoy developing and nurturing relationships, and truly care about finding real solutions to their financial needs. You are usually the first point of contact for members who need help processing transactions or solving problems, as well as those who simply want to learn more about financial products.

You stay busy as you efficiently process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and loan payments. Our members also appreciate your assistance with account validation, account inquiries, check reorders, investigating check clearings, and account reconciliation.

Utilizing your product knowledge, you promote, educate, and cross-sell financial products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of our members. You are goal-oriented and always learning and improving. You feel great about using your customer service skills to make a positive impact in your community.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to efficiently operate a Windows-based PC and business equipment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Willing to assist at other branch locations as needed

Prior banking and cash-handling experience is a plus. Do you have strong customer service and sales skills? Do you have great communication skills and a positive attitude?
