Position Purpose

The Treasury Solutions Advisor is responsible for leading the implementation and onboarding of a new suite of deposit and treasury products, aimed at bringing business services to the market. This role involves partnering with senior leadership, consulting firms, and managing vendor contracts to ensure successful project execution. Additionally, the position supports commercial lenders in deposit sales and will transition full-time into a hybrid role of Treasury Sales Officer and Product Manager. In this capacity, the individual will continue to support sales and growth in commercial treasury sales, collaborating closely with Vibe servicing teams and front-line commercial loan officer sales.

Essential Duties

  • Initial Project Implementation and ongoing support:
    • Design and implement treasury and deposit strategies tailored to commercial members, including services such as commercial checking, remote deposit capture, fraud mitigation tools, and liquidity management.
    • Assist with implementation of new deposit products and functionality to ensure smooth onboarding, and training.
    • Onboard new digital banking solution for business membership
    • Work with Senior. Leadership to bring on complex treasury products and operations to Vibe Membership
    • Develop fee structures and pricing models
    • Create and Maintain guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach to managing and identifying Treasury Management opportunity leads within the existing portfolio for expansion and retention efforts, and in working with commercial lenders regarding their targeted prospects for business development efforts.
  • Responsible for meeting annual goals and sales activity by developing and executing a strategy to generate new deposits and fee income.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products to educate existing and prospective Business Members on the features, benefits and value propositions related to each service.
  • Performs various activities in support of the sales function, including (but not limited to) calling on members in-person, conducting periodic relationship reviews (in-person or via phone), preparing all necessary sales presentations and pricing pro-formas.
  • Prepares and participates in responses to Requests for Proposal's (RFP's) coordinating with product and commercial lenders as necessary.
  • Collaborates and maintains communication with Commercial/Business Lenders and Branch partners to stay current on member relationships and provide seamless service
  • Updates the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on sales calls, opportunities, expected revenue, pipeline stages, customer reviews, etc. for all active opportunities.
  • Conducts on-going training and education sessions for all member facing Credit Union team in designated territory. This could include product presentations, consultative selling discussions and member success stories.
  • Education/Experience

    • High School graduate or equivalent
    • Previous Credit Union or other Financial Services experience preferred
    • 2 - 5 years Treasury Management sales experience(recommendation 5-10 Years
    • CTP or AAP designation preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
